Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and valid Oregon SLP license
• Previous experience providing speech-language services in a school environment
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere for students of varying abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students across K-12 settings, including children ages 35 in Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) programs
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to optimize student progress and support student goals
• Maintain thorough documentation on student progress, treatment plans, and compliance with all regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional learning to enhance service quality
