This position involves working across several school settings, supporting students from elementary through high school age groups. Multiple options are available, including part-time roles at individual campuses or a full-time assignment by combining sites, offering flexibility to suit your preferences and skills. Internal support will be provided to ensure a smooth experience, especially for those electing a full-time schedule across campuses.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in both assessment and intervention for school-aged children, with a commitment to fostering student communication growth.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
• Valid state license issued by the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience in a school environment is highly desirable
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent organization to manage caseloads across multiple campuses
• Ability to adapt to the diverse communication needs of students ages K-12

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy services
• Complete assessments and create tailored intervention plans
• Document progress and communicate clearly with educational teams and families
• Serve students at Mountainside High School, Findley Elementary, and ISC programs (various sites)
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student support
