Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-based setting
- Develop and document Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct and consultative therapy to students as indicated by their IEPs
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain timely records
- Offer support, training, and resources to teachers and family members
- Participate in IEP meetings and other professional development activities
