Your daily work will include conducting assessments, developing and providing individual and group therapy, completing comprehensive evaluations, and collaborating with educational teams through IEP meetings. Qualifications & Required Experience

• Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Eligibility to meet all Texas and district-specific requirements for school-based SLPs
• SLP-CCC designation
• Experience or demonstrated readiness to supervise an SLPA
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities

• Administer speech and language assessments, analyze results, and develop client-tailored treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to students in both individual and group settings
• Complete thorough documentation of student progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommending strategies for student success
• Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to an SLPA as part of the service team
• Foster supportive relationships with students, families, teachers, and staff
