Qualifications:

  • Valid and active Michigan SLP license required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) must be held
  • Experience or strong interest in working with children from early childhood through high school age groups
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students across a variety of grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate closely with educational teams to support student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation and comply with school and legal requirements
  • Participate in meetings with staff, families, and administrators as needed
