Job Description

Step into an impactful school-based contract opportunity designed for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists! Two positions are available for the 2026-2027 academic year, offering an exciting chance to work with both elementary and middle school students. With a flexible start in August 2026 and a fulfilling end date in May 2027, you'll have the freedom to focus on your specialty, whether on-site or as a VOCO (virtual) professional.

These roles carry a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours and are supported by manageable caseloads of 45-55 students. The first SLP will engage across one elementary and one middle school building, while the second will serve two middle school buildings, allowing for variety and a dynamic work environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience supporting school-aged populations, with emphasis on K-8 students
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills
  • Experience with IEP development, progress monitoring, and working within multidisciplinary teams
  • Comfort with technology and an openness to virtual (VOCO) service delivery, if preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services within assigned school buildings
  • Participate actively in assessment, IEP planning, and intervention for students with a range of communication needs
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance timelines and school protocols
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented school culture
