Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current, valid SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Experience serving pediatric populations in educational environments
• Strong knowledge of evaluation, intervention, and therapy for speech-language disorders
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with IEP process and special education regulations

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting assessments for students presenting with speech, language, and communication delays or disorders
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in alignment with educational goals
• Providing direct and consultative SLP therapy for students in Pre-K/Preschool, Kindergarten, elementary, middle and high school settings
• Participating actively in IEP meetings and supporting multidisciplinary teams
• Documenting progress and updating relevant reports in a timely, accurate manner
• Communicating clearly with families, staff, and external service providers to ensure comprehensive student support
• Adapting therapeutic strategies to meet a wide range of developmental and cultural needs
