Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with students in early childhood, kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Effective communication skills with students, families, and educational staff
• Strong organizational abilities to manage a varied caseload across multiple age groups
• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) preferred
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in Pre-K, Kindergarten, elementary (K-5), middle (6-8), and high school (9-12) environments
• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech and language needs
• Develop and implement therapy interventions tailored to individual students
• Maintain accurate records, including assessment results, progress notes, and IEP documentation
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary discussions
• Provide guidance and support to school staff regarding communication strategies
