Embark on a rewarding opportunity serving students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school environment near Port Orchard, WA. Immediate openings are available for SLPs passionate about making a difference in the lives of K12 learners. Choose from two full-time positions (7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours/week) or a part-time role (.8 FTE, 4 days/week), all in-person and offering a collaborative atmosphere through the end of the 20262027 academic year.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Washington SLP License
• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
• Experience with school-based speech therapy at elementary or high school levels
• Completion of fingerprinting requirements through OSPI
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver individualized speech-language therapy services according to IEPs
• Serve students in elementary (2 positions) or high school (1 position) settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and comply with state and district policies
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment encouraging students communication growth
