Job Description

Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to an engaging full-time, in-person contract assignment for the 2026-2027 academic year. Multiple opportunities are available to support students in both elementary and secondary schools within a highly collaborative and welcoming educational environment. You'll make a direct impact on students communication skills while working alongside a dedicated team of educators and specialists.

Assignment Details:

  • Contract duration: August 31, 2026 June 17, 2027
  • Full-time schedule, on-site
  • SLP caseloads: 45 students at the secondary level and 42 at the elementary level

Qualifications:

  • Current Washington State License in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required
  • SLP-CCC credentials required
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, particularly with diverse student populations
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to delivering individualized, student-focused therapy

Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive educational environment
