This role centers on delivering impactful speech-language pathology services within educational settings, from preschool through high school. Youll collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure every student has the resources necessary to succeed academically and socially.

Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state license or eligibility to obtain state licensure as an SLP
• Experience working with early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school students
• Familiarity with IEP process, progress monitoring, and direct therapy for students Pre-K through Grade 12
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt approach based on student age, learning style, and individual needs
• Preferred: Previous school-based or pediatric experience

Expectations & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students age and skill level
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and support compliance with special education regulations
• Provide direct and consultative therapy in both group and individual settings
• Maintain accurate records, track progress, and communicate regularly with caregivers and team members
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school environment
