Job Description

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist with experience in pediatric and school-based settings. This contract role is located in Port Angeles, WA, and focuses on supporting students across a broad range of grade levels, from Pre-K through high school. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students ranging from early childhood to high school.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and educational goals.
  • Provide intervention to students in various grade levels including Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy services.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a supportive learning atmosphere.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in schools, specifically within early childhood to high school settings.
  • Familiarity with developmental milestones and therapeutic approaches suitable for Pre-K through Grade 12 students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school staff.
  • Ability to manage caseloads and provide efficient, evidence-based therapy services.
