Job Description

Working with learners from kindergarten through 12th grade, youll deliver personalized and impactful speech therapyboth in-person and via teletherapyto help students achieve communication milestones and boost their confidence in the classroom.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington Occupational Therapist License
  • ESA Certification required
  • Clinical Fellow applicants (CFY) encouraged to apply
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CFY candidates considered
  • Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads across K-12 grades
  • Teletherapy competency or willingness to learn
  • Outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students individually and in groups
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for a range of communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy, and progress reports
  • Integrate technology and teletherapy tools to enhance therapy delivery when necessary
  • Consult with educational teams to foster inclusive classroom environments for all learners
