Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• SLP-CCC certification required; experience in school-based speech services strongly preferred
• Active Michigan SLP license (submit screenshot of license verification with application)
• Comfortable and independent in servicing students from PreK through 12th grade
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive SLP services in accordance with IEPs for students across PreK-12th grades
• Deliver assessments, individualized therapy, progress monitoring, and student/family consultations
• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines for speech-language services
• Maintain accurate and timely records for each student served
• Adapt scheduling within the school day to maximize student engagement and outcomes
