Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for PreK-12 students
• Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to design and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Conduct direct therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and parent conferences as needed
• Provide consultation and training to school staff and families
