Ideal candidates will bring:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Oklahoma
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience or enthusiasm for working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Familiarity with the healthcare aspects of school-based SLP services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary educational teams
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in PreK through 8th grade students
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student success
- Maintaining thorough and compliant documentation per school and regulatory guidelines
- Providing both direct and consultative services within the school setting
