Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid SLP license for Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Demonstrated experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based therapy documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and parents
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and IEP documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Educate and consult with teachers and families to support student growth
• Track progress and adjust interventions as needed
