Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFY candidates may be considered
• Experience working with school-aged children, including knowledge of IEP procedures
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each students needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary collaboration
• Deliver direct and consultative services across multiple settings (classroom, one-on-one, small group, etc.)
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, goals, progress, and services provided
• Work closely with families and educators to support student success
• Stay current with best practices and professional development in pediatric speech-language pathology
