- Current state license or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings highly valued
- Knowledge of IEP documentation and process
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities with students, families, and educational teams

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students ages preschool through high school
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations for speech-related goals
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal standards
- Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Offer both one-on-one and group therapeutic sessions, adapting techniques and materials as needed for diverse learning styles
