Job Description

Discover an exciting contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech Language Pathologist in a welcoming academic environment. Qualifications:

  • Currently licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Missouri
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus, though highly motivated candidates new to the environment are also encouraged to apply
  • Skills in pediatric speech therapy, clinical fellowship, and teletherapy are valued
  • Passion for supporting communication development in school-aged children

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 915 students, two days per week (15 hours weekly) at one school site
  • Collaborate with an experienced on-site SLP for ongoing guidance and supervision
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEPs and progress reports; indirect service hours are paid
  • Maintain thorough documentation and support the overall success of students with speech-language needs
