Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current license or eligibility for licensure to practice as an SLP in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Prior school-based SLP experience or pediatric/educational setting experience
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screening, assessment, and evaluation of students for speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes
• Work in partnership with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Contribute to the development and review of IEPs, attend meetings, and provide input for educational plans
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative support to meet students' diverse needs
