Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working with children or in school settings is valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create tailored interventions for diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students referred through the district process
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with measurable goals and progress tracking
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students with speech, language, and/or communication challenges
• Provide guidance and resources to families and school staff regarding strategies to support students progress
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
