Qualifications & Skills:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or eligibility)
• Prior experience in a school-based environment preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP process, speech/language assessments, and intervention planning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students across grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in accordance with each students IEP
• Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to share strategies and progress updates
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute collaboratively to multidisciplinary teams
