This full-time, onsite position is available due to a recent, last-minute resignation, providing an immediate opening for a dedicated professional. Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure for SLP in Illinois
- Certification from ASHA (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School-based SLP experience highly desired
- Strong ability to travel between school locations within the assignment area
- Excellent communication and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students identified with communication needs
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and provide therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and administrators, to create supportive learning environments
- Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and communicate results effectively with staff and families
- Travel between assigned sites on designated schedules to meet caseload and support needs
