Qualifications/Experience:

  • Valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Experience delivering speech services within school settings is preferred
  • Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload, delivering both direct therapy and consultation
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit, and adaptability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and advocate for communication needs
  • Provide therapy individually or in groups, adjusting approaches for students at varying developmental levels
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to evaluations, reviews, and team planning
