Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Massachusetts
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Prior experience working with K-12 students is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a wide range of ages and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in K-12 settings
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and support staff
- Track and report student progress while maintaining thorough and timely documentation
- Communicate regularly with families and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Provide consultative support to classroom teachers for effective integration of speech-language strategies
