Key Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with K12 student populations, including diverse needs
• Solid understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings tailored to each students needs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow specialists to support ongoing success
• Track and document student progress toward IEP goals with accuracy and clarity
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations
• Maintain timely, compliant records for all evaluations and interventions
• Cultivate a positive, supportive environment that encourages student growth and confidence
