Key Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with K12 student populations, including diverse needs
- Solid understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings tailored to each students needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow specialists to support ongoing success
- Track and document student progress toward IEP goals with accuracy and clarity
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations
- Maintain timely, compliant records for all evaluations and interventions
- Cultivate a positive, supportive environment that encourages student growth and confidence
