A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, offering flexible full-time or part-time opportunities. This role involves servicing K-12 students across diverse caseloads in a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultations for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational teams to support student communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders and interventions
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to student growth and interdisciplinary collaboration
