Job Description

Candidates must hold a current PA SLP license and be comfortable working with a diverse student population, including those with IEPs. Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license (required)
  • Certification in SLP required; CCC-SLP or eligible Clinical Fellow welcomed
  • Experience in school settings, particularly in Pennsylvania, is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to provide both assessments and direct therapy services
  • Knowledge of IEP procedures and documentation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff, families, and other stakeholders

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in grades 6-12
  • Deliver targeted therapy sessions, both group and one-on-one, in accordance with IEP goals
  • Participate actively in the IEP process, including meetings, documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student achievement
  • Maintain thorough and timely records, ensuring compliance with PA school and district standards
