Key Qualifications:

• Valid Georgia Speech Language Pathologist License required
• Previous experience with pediatric and school-based speech therapy, particularly in elementary and middle school populations
• Strong skills in administration, assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
• Comfortable managing a diverse caseload virtually while maintaining high-quality, individualized care
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, school staff, and colleagues

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to each student's needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with state and district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations
• Utilize technology efficiently to deliver services and communicate virtually when needed
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging environment that celebrates student growth and achievement
