Qualifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania SLP license (required)
  • ASHA certification or clinical fellowship eligibility
  • Prior experience in Pennsylvania schools is preferred
  • Comfortable working with middle and high school students (grades 6-12)
  • Strong ability to conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments
  • Willingness to provide both direct and consultative therapy services
  • Capable of contributing to the IEP process

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings and formal speech/language evaluations for students with diverse needs
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication development
  • Provide direct therapy to students in both group and individual settings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to ensure students academic success
  • Participate fully in IEP meetings, contributing clinical insights and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with all regulations
