Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome to apply
• Experience with pediatric caseloads in schools or clinical settings
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to establish rapport with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide direct therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights and documentation
• Maintain accurate, timely records and comply with all federal and state regulations
• Provide guidance and resources to educational staff for supporting students in the classroom
