Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Arizona
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs are encouraged to apply
- Recent experience working with pediatric populations in schools or similar educational environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
- Compassionate, resourceful, and dedicated to evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals to support student growth
- Provide direct therapy to address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
- Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student learning and participation
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings, progress reports, and compliance documentation
- Foster a positive, supportive environment that empowers each student to reach their full potential
