Key Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Speech Language Therapist licensure
- Current IVP fingerprint clearance card (required by start date)
- Experience working within school settings preferred (elementary, middle, or high school)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Passion for supporting student growth and inclusivity
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, individually and in groups
- Develop and implement IEPs in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough progress records, evaluations, and compliance documentation as required
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Participate actively in meetings, trainings, and school-based initiatives to enhance student outcomes
