Qualifications:

• Current Arizona Speech Language Pathologist licensure required
• Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Comfortable working with elementary, middle, and high school students
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and provide regular updates to staff and families
• Collaborate across grade levels to promote effective communication strategies in classrooms
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and ongoing professional development
