Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students across different grade levels
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and regularly monitor student progress
- Document services, evaluations, and communication with school personnel in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Provide professional insights and support to teachers and parents to maximize student success
