Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Current IVP fingerprint clearance card
  • Arizona Department of Education certification (DOE Cert)
  • Prior experience in school settings and managing a caseload is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to approximately 58 students across K-8 grade levels
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely therapy documentation and progress reports
  • Foster a positive, supportive environment to facilitate student learning and communication development
