Job Description

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2026/2027 school year in Phoenix, AZ, offering a contract position within a school setting. This role provides a professional environment where you will serve a pediatric caseload and contribute to student success through tailored speech and language support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, with multiple caseload options to match your expertise and preferences
  • Deliver speech-language assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for school-aged children
  • Collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations concerning student services

Qualifications:

  • Valid Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • IVP fingerprint clearance card mandatory for employment
  • Experience working with pediatric populations is highly preferred
  • Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply and gain valuable school-based experience
  • Credentials including CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) are welcomed and supported

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday schedule, aligning with the school calendar
