Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered
  • Experience with pediatric populations and a strong understanding of school-based service delivery models
  • Proficiency in assessments, IEP development, and individualized therapy planning
  • Strong collaborative skills and a compassionate, student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with diverse needs
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each childs goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate speech and language strategies into classroom routines
  • Provide consultation and education to families regarding progress and home program strategies
  • Maintain accurate progress reports to support student growth and eligibility for services
