Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered
- Experience with pediatric populations and a strong understanding of school-based service delivery models
- Proficiency in assessments, IEP development, and individualized therapy planning
- Strong collaborative skills and a compassionate, student-centered approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each childs goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate speech and language strategies into classroom routines
- Provide consultation and education to families regarding progress and home program strategies
- Maintain accurate progress reports to support student growth and eligibility for services
