Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current SLP license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows with pediatric or school-based practicum experience also considered
• Prior experience evaluating and treating pediatric populations within educational settings is advantageous
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools and informal measures
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each students unique needs
• Provide direct therapy, consultations, and support to students, teachers, and families
• Collaborate regularly with IEP teams, special education staff, and other school professionals
• Document progress and maintain comprehensive records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in parent meetings, staff trainings, and school events as needed
