Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
  • State licensure in Pennsylvania, or eligibility to obtain it
  • Experience in pediatric and/or elementary school settings
  • Comfortable managing K-4th grade caseloads
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy for elementary students with speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
  • Adapt therapy approaches to both in-person and virtual models as needed
  • Attend IEP meetings and participate as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
