Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Possess current SLP-CCC licensure
- Prior experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
- Expertise in early intervention strategies and individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Able to adapt to varied learning needs and environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to early childhood students in a school-based setting
- Complete evaluations, develop intervention plans, and track progress
- Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student growth
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized student goals
- Foster a positive, encouraging environment that prioritizes each child's communication needs
