This opportunity is for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide onsite services in a school setting in Philadelphia, PA. The position focuses primarily on a pre-school caseload, allowing you to make a meaningful impact early in students development. This contract role offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, enabling consistent engagement with the children and collaboration with educational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and ongoing therapy tailored to pre-school students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with students unique needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication goals
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist license
- Instructional I or Instructional II certification
- Experience working in school settings with pre-school age children preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
