Job Description

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Philadelphia, PA, supporting K-12 students in a school setting. This onsite contract role offers a 37.5-hour workweek, providing an opportunity to work directly with diverse student populations across grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet students' communication needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Instructional I or Instructional II certification
  • Experience working with K-12 populations in a school environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families
