Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are welcome
• Prior experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with students, educators, and families
• Ability to manage caseload, documentation, and IEP participation effectively
• Skilled in both individual and group therapy delivery

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement customized therapy plans in accordance with each students IEP
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and small group settings
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate speech interventions into classroom activities
• Maintain timely and accurate records of progress, documentation, and compliance reports
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and support the development of IEP goals
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements within the field
