Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time school-based position in Peyton, Colorado. This opportunity offers a chance to work in a supportive educational environment serving students across 1-2 school locations during the 2026-2027 school year.

Position Details

  • Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Location: Peyton, CO
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: May 27, 2027
  • Number of Openings: 1 SLP
  • School Sites: 1-2 locations

The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for:

  • Conducting speech-language evaluations and assessments
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Providing direct and indirect speech-language services
  • Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance records
  • Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy goals to support student success

Qualifications Required:

  • Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Ability to work effectively within a school-based team
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Preferred:

  • Previous school-based SLP experience
  • Experience working with students across a variety of age groups and communication needs
