Job Description

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought for K-12 schools across multiple locations including Peyton, Ellicott, and Fremont, Colorado. This is a contract position for the 2025-2026 school year, with a 37.5-hour workweek. Candidates must hold a valid Colorado SLP license along with a Colorado Department of Education license to be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student communication needs
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Colorado SLP license
  • Valid Colorado Department of Education license in speech-language pathology
  • Experience working within school settings, preferably with K-12 populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
