Qualifications:

  • State licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Experience supporting Early Childhood, Pre-K, Kindergarten, Elementary (K-5), Middle School (Grades 6-8), and High School (Grades 9-12)
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Ability to evaluate and document student progress effectively
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive environment for students with diverse communication needs

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students in preschool through grade 12
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students needs
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
  • Maintain comprehensive records, track progress, and communicate results with staff and families
