Job Description

Youll collaborate with educators and families to create and implement effective intervention strategies for students ranging from Pre-K through high school. Your expertise will foster communication and academic success for children at every grade level.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA CCCs preferred)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings
  • Familiarity with early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school students
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Knowledge of IEP process and progress documentation
  • Dedication to supporting students with diverse communication needs

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess speech, language, and communication disorders across grades Pre-K, Kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing insightful input for student plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy services in various classroom environments
  • Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and therapy documentation
  • Offer guidance and resources to educators and caregivers
