Seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary and middle school students in a vibrant educational setting. This contract opportunity offers flexibility with both onsite and virtual service options, along with a manageable caseload of 45 to 50 students ranging from elementary to middle school age. Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia Speech Language Pathologist License required
- Experience working with pediatric and school-based populations
- Strong assessment, intervention, and progress-monitoring skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage a caseload of 45 to 50 students across multiple grade levels
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
