Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license valid in Ohio
• Experience working with school-aged populations (elementary, middle, and/or high school)
• Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other special education professionals
• School-based experience is preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and evaluations for students referred for services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students unique needs
• Deliver therapy sessions across multiple grade levels, adapting techniques for various age groups
• Consult with classroom teachers and staff to support inclusion and classroom accommodations
• Maintain meticulous records of student progress; participate in IEP meetings and track goals
