Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing Speech-Language Pathology services to K-8 students near Peoria, AZ for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by serving a diverse caseload of approximately 58 students, working alongside educators and families to support communication development and academic success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Arizona SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
  • Arizona Department of Education certificate (DOE Cert)
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based speech services

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring for K-8th grade students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in meetings with educators and families
  • Provide direct therapy sessions in group and individual formats, adapting methods to meet each students needs
  • Consult with teachers and staff to support inclusion and student participation in the classroom
