Step into an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist within a supportive school setting. This full-time, on-site contract role begins August 12, 2026, and continues through May 25, 2027, providing the chance to work directly with elementary-aged students (approximately 45 on your caseload) and play a vital role in their communication development.
Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP credentials; Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Ability to work on campus for the entirety of the contract (no virtual-only positions)
- Experience supporting school-aged children, preferably at the elementary level
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Capacity to adapt to multiple school assignments as determined
- Ability to complete time-sensitive credentialing steps promptly
What Youll Do:
- Carry out comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for elementary students
- Engage in progress monitoring, documentation, and secure record-keeping
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
- Adapt interventions to students needs through evidence-based practices
