Job Description

Step into an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist within a supportive school setting. This full-time, on-site contract role begins August 12, 2026, and continues through May 25, 2027, providing the chance to work directly with elementary-aged students (approximately 45 on your caseload) and play a vital role in their communication development.

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP credentials; Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Ability to work on campus for the entirety of the contract (no virtual-only positions)
  • Experience supporting school-aged children, preferably at the elementary level
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Capacity to adapt to multiple school assignments as determined
  • Ability to complete time-sensitive credentialing steps promptly

What Youll Do:

  • Carry out comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for elementary students
  • Engage in progress monitoring, documentation, and secure record-keeping
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
  • Adapt interventions to students needs through evidence-based practices
