Key Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech Language Pathology License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to evidence-based practices in assessment and intervention
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services tailored for Pre-K and elementary students in an engaging school environment
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and interpret results to guide therapeutic planning
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each student on the caseload
- Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure continuity of care and student growth
