Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship candidates will also be considered
• Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations highly desired
• Ability to tailor assessment and intervention techniques to individual student needs
• Strong communication and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with district and state requirements
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
• Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions to address specific goals
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing evaluations and meetings
