Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience or training in pediatric speech and language disorders
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in developing individualized treatment plans for children with varying needs

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students within school settings
• Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals in collaboration with staff and families
• Deliver therapy sessions, track student progress, and adjust interventions as necessary
• Provide consultation and support for teachers and parents to enhance communication outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school reporting requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
